Hello! If you could only have three delicious meals (only criteria being that lobster has to be on the menu somewhere) while in Bar Harbor, which would it be and why? Thanks so much!

also, recommendations for a killer bar harbor lobster roll would be greatly appreciated!

You can get a lobster roll at The Lobster Claw on West Street, either with or without mayonaisse. It%26#39;s a take out place that you walk up and order at the counter. They have a couple small tables outside or you can go and sit down by the pier or in Agamont Park and have your lunch.
Lobster is on the menu at just about every restaurant in town so that criteria is not too difficult. As previously written on this forum, a lobster is a lobster, it just depends on what the setting is where you want to eat it.
Thurston%26#39;s Lobster Pound in Bernard and Abel%26#39;s in Northeast Harbor are our favorites. Both places have great views. Thurston%26#39;s is more of a self serve (you order at the window and they call you when your lobster is ready) and they don%26#39;t offer much more than lobster. Abel%26#39;s is more like a sit down restaurant.
Another great restaurant with lots of different lobster entrees as well as other good food is Poor Boy%26#39;s Gourmet on Main Street in Bar Harbor. Or the West Street Cafe on West street. They have a couple outside tables that are nice.
Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound.
As was stated before there is lobster on almost any menu in Bar Harbor but I prefer my lobster at lobster pounds--simply prepared.

Looks good. Don%26#39;t forget the Lobster Crepes at Maggies. They are wonderful and a highlight of every year%26#39;s trip to Bar Harbor.
On Thursday, I%26#39;d recommend doing a hike that takes you up Champlain Mountain - Beehive, Beachcroft, Bear Brook trail, etc . . . The views are spectacular and you cannot drive up to the top. Then I%26#39;d recommend driving up Cadillac Mountain one night after dinner and catching the sunset at the Blue Hill Overlook.
Just a thought - the hike up to the top of Cadillac is also great. In fact, I have yet to do a hike I haven%26#39;t loved!
Thurstons for lobster because it %26#39;s melt in your mouth lobster. I think it%26#39;s because they cook it in sea or salted water - not sure but it%26#39;s awesome. The place is no frills but it sits over the water. You end up concentrating only on eating the lobster and enjoying the water and not on worrying about any other food. Save the upscale ambience/white napkin service for another time and place.
Stewman%26#39;s is ok but was not as sweet and melt in your mouth as Thurston%26#39;s. It is also right there on the water so it%26#39;s a nice location.
That%26#39;s all I can really recommend. Every other place we had the lobster was just --- well it could have been cooked anywhere. We make the trip to MDI from CT just to go to Thurston%26#39;s. We plan on trying a few other places this July and will post if we find any other place that seems wonderful.
I dont like lobster but my entire family swears by Trenton Bridge Lobster. We make three trips during a one week stay. This year we also hit Galyn%26#39;s and their Lobster Enchiladas got a thumbs up.
As far as your itinerary, it looks fine but maybe you should come up with a %26#39;rainy-day list%26#39; in case the weather doesn%26#39;t work out entirely.
