Visiting Bar Harbor with a toddler (2yr) next week and reserved Monday 11AM One-Hour carriage ride with Wildwood Stables. We have to arrive at 10:45 for the tour - what time should we leave our hotel (BH Grand)? Plan to stop by for lunch at Jordan Pond House after the ride. Will the wait be crazy long at Jordan Pond House?

There is a shop there with al sorts of stuff. However, if it is a busy day at the restaurant, the shop also will be mobbed.
